At Lencay, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–18 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Europe: 7–18 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–25 business days

These delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and current promotions.

From time to time, Lencay may offer free shipping on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.

Delivery Delays

Although we work with reliable shipping partners, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Public holidays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Lencay is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We may be unable to modify the address once the order has entered processing.

  • If the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact our Customer Support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Photos of the damaged package and product

  • A brief description of the issue
